Customer Background

Inzet.nl is a Friesland-based recruitment company specialised in connecting ambitious candidates with dynamic organisations. Their focus is on long-term matches that support growth for both individuals and organisations. Over the past few years, inzet.nl has evolved from a temporary staffing agency into a team of dedicated recruitment specialists in Marketing, Office, Sales, and HR.

Their mission is simple but powerful: to truly help people grow.

Challenge

With five recruiters each handling up to ten candidate interviews per week, the inzet.nl team faced a recurring challenge: how to make interviews more efficient without losing quality.

The main need was automated notetaking, which would save time during and after interviews. But beyond that, the company was also searching for a way to bring greater transparency and collaboration to the recruitment process. How could they improve efficiency while creating a shared understanding of candidate interactions, both internally and externally?

Solution

When introducing the In2Dialog solution to inzet.nl, In2Dialog were keen to highlight that their tool could not only save the organisation significant amounts of time with its core automated note-taking function, but it could also dramatically enhanced the insight gained by the organisation as a whole. This insight pertained not only to what the recruiters could understand about the candidates they were evaluating, but what management could understand about their team’s performance as a whole.

In2Dialog: Insights for Candidates and Recruiters

In2Dialog supports inzet.nl both in evaluating candidates and in improving recruiter performance. The platform automatically records conversations – in person, by phone, or via Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet – and generates real-time transcripts, summaries, and objective AI reports. This allows recruiters to fully focus on the conversation and the human connection.

In2Dialog applies psychometric and linguistic analyses to make qualities such as flexibility, speech tempo, and mirroring behaviour transparent. The dashboard also shows which topics take up the most time, helping interviews run more structured and balanced.

Results

After evaluating different platforms and choosing In2Dialog, it only took a few months for inzet.nl to recognise that the platform had not just met their initial needs, but fully exceeded them, bringing a range of unforeseen but highly valuable organisational benefits. What began as a tool for automated notetaking quickly revealed itself to be much more.

At the heart of it, In2Dialog didn’t just provide an automated way of recording and summarising what passed in each interview, its conversational analysis provided immediate, data-driven, actionable insights. This delivered a dual benefit: it gave recruiters far deeper insight on the individual candidates and their potential suitability for a job, but crucially, it also gave insight into the performance of the recruiters themselves, and how their performance might be improved. These new levels of transparency opened opportunities for collaboration across the team: high-scoring recruiters could share best practices, recruiters in need of support could get targeted coaching, and objective data helped reduce bias and increased fairness in decision-making.

Crucially, In2Dialog freed recruiters to focus more fully on candidates. With administrative tasks streamlined, they had time for additional, deeper question, strengthening their understanding of each candidate and improving the chances of a successful match.

Results Summary

Ultimately, with In2Dialog, inzet.nl has been able to:

  • Save significant administrative time (30 minutes per interview) through automated notetaking.
  • Use linguistic and conversational analysis to bring greater transparency and objectivity to interviews.
  • Enhance collaboration and team development by learning from one another’s approaches.
  • Free up recruiters to spend more quality time with candidates, enabling deeper, more effective interviews.
  • Support their broader ambition for growth, both as individuals and as a company.

Future Plans

Of particular importance to inzet.nl is the ability of In2Dialog to scale with their own growth, accommodating team size increases and a higher or lower volume of interviews as required. Inzet.nl plans to continue its long-term collaboration with In2Dialog, taking advantage of the platform’s ever-expanding range data analytics capabilities. Inzet.nl will leverage these improvement tools to further enhance efficiency, transparency, and fairness in their recruitment process, supporting both regional and future international ambitions.

Why In2Dialog Was Chosen

Inzet.nl’s decision to partner with In2Dialog was driven not only by the fact that the platform fully met their initial need – namely, to reduce administrative burden through automation, but that it then expanded even further upon this ability with a range of recruitment optimisation functions which improved organisational performance across the board.

But an added motivation for inzet.nl was the nature of the relationship developed during their initial information-gathering stage. They found In2Dialog to be open, communicative, flexible and responsive, putting personal connection at the heart of their interaction – something that potential clients often fear may be lacking in companies which champion AI-driven solutions. This personal approach is however a core underpinning philosophy of In2Dialog: their belief is that AI tools do not exist to replace the human dimension of business and recruitment, but to augment, enhance, and strengthen it.

“In2Dialog makes my work both more efficient and more meaningful. It saves time, provides deeper insights, and helps me ask better questions, truly understand candidates, and create stronger matches. It supports not only candidates and organizations, but also our growth as recruiters.”
