What will you do as a Support Specialist?
As a Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers and partners. You make sure questions are handled quickly and carefully, and you continuously improve our support processes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling support tickets and contributing ideas on how to optimize our support tooling and workflows.
- Setting up smart processes so customers are helped faster and more consistently.
- Writing knowledge articles, explanations, and documentation that are clear and directly applicable.
- Supporting customers and consultants in making optimal use of our AI solutions, including conversation flows and output.
- Contributing to a growing knowledge base with clear explanations and best practices.
You work in a structured way, are strong administratively, and keep a clear overview. You always know what’s still open, what has priority, and which questions have already been resolved.

Who you are
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and helping customers move forward.
- Administratively strong and structured in the way you work.
- Comfortable working with modern support tooling and processes.
- Experienced with or comfortable using AI tools.
- Curious about AI, recruitment, and customer processes.
- Work experience in the recruitment sector is a plus.
- Service-oriented, clear in your communication, and pleasant to work with for both customers and colleagues.
