In2Dialog is a fast-growing AI scale-up that radically simplifies the recruitment process. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Demand Generation Marketeer who can build a predictable flow of high-quality inbound leads.

You understand the recruitment industry, know B2B SaaS, and know how to build campaigns that deliver real results. In this role, you’ll have plenty of freedom to test, build, and bring structure to our entire marketing funnel.

What will you do as a Demand Generation Marketeer

As a Demand Generation Marketeer, you are responsible for all marketing activities that lead to more and better inbound leads. You develop campaigns, build funnels, and translate data into concrete actions. You work closely with Sales to ensure a healthy pipeline and high lead quality.

You will:

  • Set up campaigns that continuously generate new leads
  • Test new marketing channels such as LinkedIn, webinars, and email flows
  • Build, measure, and optimize funnels
  • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality
  • Run experiments and translate insights into scalable growth
  • Clearly position In2Dialog within the recruitment market

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing or working in a scale-up environment
  • Proven experience with lead generation, campaigns, and marketing automation
  • Affinity with or experience in the recruitment or staffing market
  • A hands-on mindset, data-driven and results-focused
  • Strong in experimenting, optimizing, and following through
