Recruitee users manage their entire hiring pipeline inside one system. Candidate records, vacancy pipelines, team evaluations, hiring workflows. Everything runs through Recruitee. The one thing that has always sat outside that system is what actually happens during the interview itself.
That changes with the In2Dialog and Recruitee integration. When a recruiter finishes an interview, the structured report lands in the right candidate record in Recruitee automatically. No copying from notes into fields. No switching between tabs. No end-of-day admin catch-up. The data moves on its own, and it arrives in a format that Recruitee can actually use.
This page covers how the integration works, how to set it up, what data flows between the two systems, and how to configure it to match your team’s workflow.
What Does the Integration Do
De jury van de In2Dialog Recruitee integration connects your interview intelligence directly to your Recruitee environment. When an interview ends, In2Dialog generates a structured report and pushes the relevant data into the matching candidate record in Recruitee.
This is not a raw transcript dump. The integration maps specific data points to the correct fields and entities inside Recruitee. That means structured information like salary expectations, availability, key motivations, and follow-up actions all land where they belong, without manual data entry.
The result is that every candidate record in Recruitee contains consistent, structured interview data. Your team spends less time on admin and more time on the conversations that actually lead to placements.
Setting Up the Integration
Setting up the In2Dialog Recruitee integration takes a few minutes. Follow these steps to connect the two systems.
1. Make sure you are an admin of your In2Dialog organisation.
2. Navigate to your Recruitee environment. Go to Settings and select “Personal API Tokens” under “Apps and Plugins”.
3. Generate a new token by clicking “New Token” in the top right corner. Keep this token somewhere safe. It provides access to your Recruitee environment.

4. Navigate to your In2Dialog environment. Expand the section “My Organisation” and select “ATS Integrations”.

5. When prompted to select your ATS provider, select “Recruitee”. You will see a prompt to enter your Recruitee personal API key.
6. Fill in the token you collected in step 3 and press “Confirm”.

The integration is now set up. In2Dialog can communicate with your Recruitee environment and push interview data into the right candidate records.
Configuring How Data Reaches Recruitee
Once the integration is live, you control exactly how and where In2Dialog interacts with your Recruitee environment. This is handled through the ATS Mapper inside In2Dialog.
Navigate to “ATS Mapper” under “My Organisation” in In2Dialog. You will see a list of all dialog types in your organisation, both default and custom ones. Select a template to access three configuration tabs.
Field Mapper lets you map In2Dialog data points directly to values in Recruitee. Salary expectations, availability, competency indicators, and any other structured field can be routed to the corresponding field in the candidate record.
Note Configuration lets you generate a note or attachment that is added to the matching contact in Recruitee. This is useful for teams that want the full summary visible as a candidate note alongside the mapped field data.
File Upload lets you upload the generated PDF or DOCX version of your In2Dialog report directly to the matching contact in Recruitee. Hiring managers and clients who need a formatted document can access it straight from the candidate record.

You can use any combination of these three options. Most teams use all three together so that structured data sits in the fields, a readable summary appears in the notes, and a shareable report document is attached to the record.
What Data Flows Between In2Dialog and Recruitee
In2Dialog generates detailed reports based on what is discussed during your interviews. The data you can send to Recruitee includes topics covered in the conversation, variable types such as numbers, text, or dropdown values, conversation types, and psychometric indicators including personality traits, motivators, and soft skills.
All of this data can be configured and mapped to the correct fields in Recruitee through the ATS Mapper described above.
In the other direction, In2Dialog may request (but does not store) information about contacts such as candidates, hiring managers, or customer representatives. This is used to accurately match participants with conversations without requiring the recruiter to do it manually. In2Dialog may also request basic data like first name and surname to generate a more personalised report when only limited data such as an email address or phone number is available through calendar or meeting bot integrations.
Why This Integration Matters for Recruitee Users
Most interview tools on the market give you a transcript and a summary. That tells you what was said. It does not tell you whether the candidate is the right match for the role.
In2Dialog goes beyond conversation intelligence. A transcript and summary are just the starting point. The real value comes when the recruiter combines that with the CV and the job description. Only then can you genuinely assess whether the match is right, where the gaps are, and what needs follow-up. That is what produces a report you can actually act on.
And through the Recruitee integration, everything lands in the right place automatically. No manual work. No disconnected data living outside your ATS.
In2Dialog also captures every conversation type. Video calls on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. Phone calls. Live, in-person interviews recorded through the In2Dialog mobile app. Most AI notetakers only work on video. In2Dialog captures all formats and delivers the same structured output to Recruitee regardless of how the interview was conducted.
For Recruitee users running high volumes of interviews, this means every candidate record is complete. Every interview is documented consistently. Every recruiter on your team produces the same structured output, regardless of their note-taking habits.
