{"id":843,"date":"2024-06-17T10:09:59","date_gmt":"2024-06-17T10:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/in2dialog.com\/?p=843"},"modified":"2025-04-28T22:49:41","modified_gmt":"2025-04-28T20:49:41","slug":"breaking-the-black-box-of-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/in2dialog.com\/nl\/breaking-the-black-box-of-recruitment\/","title":{"rendered":"De 'black box' van recruitment breken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>In de blog van deze maand verkennen we hoe het openbreken van de \u2018recruitment black box\u2019 je wervingsresultaten op alle vlakken kan verbeteren: tijd besparen tijdens interviews, diepere inzichten verkrijgen over individuele kandidaten, het management versterken, en een omgeving van consistentie, transparantie en voortdurende verbetering voor je hele team bevorderen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is de \u2018recruitment black box\u2019?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In elk vakgebied verwijst het concept van een \u2018black box\u2019 naar een systeem waarbij je de input en de output kunt zien, maar het transformatieproces daartussen volledig verborgen is. Soms kan dit verwijzen naar een proces dat letterlijk niet kan worden gezien of onderzocht, maar vaker verwijst het naar een proces dat ondoorzichtig en onduidelijk is qua werking en resultaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helaas kan in het vakgebied van werving het interviewelement een beetje een 'black box' zijn. Dit betekent niet dat het volledig geheimzinnig en onobserveerbaar is (hoewel interviews van nature meestal een meer priv\u00e9 aangelegenheid zijn). Wat we bedoelen is dat het verkrijgen van echte, betekenisvolle en voorspelbare inzichten in hoe het interviewproces resultaten oplevert historisch gezien een uitdaging is geweest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het interview als de 'black box' van recruitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Waarom is het een black box? Nou, kandidaten komen binnen en lopen er weer uit \u2013 of als toekomstige werknemers of als voortdurende werkzoekenden. Of erger, als effectieve medewerkers of foute aanwervingen. Wat scheidt de twee? Dat is niet altijd duidelijk. Interviewen is over het algemeen persoonlijk van aard: er bestaat een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid subjectiviteit en ongrijpbaarheid in de interviewruimte. De verkregen informatie is kwalitatief \u2013 moeilijk te meten als metrics of concrete data. En als gevolg daarvan, moeilijk te gebruiken voor effectieve vergelijking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ironie is dat de zwakte van interviewen \u2013 de focus op \u2018de menselijke dimensie\u2019 \u2013 ook de kracht ervan is. Interviews moeten een gevoel van karakter, houding, energie en persoonlijkheid van de ge\u00efnterviewde behouden. Maar omdat die elementen bestaan in de verbinding die tot stand komt tussen interviewer en ge\u00efnterviewde, kunnen ze moeilijk effectief worden overgebracht in een rapport aan andere besluitvormers binnen de organisatie.
