Wanneer een interview eindigt, stroomt de gestructureerde gegevens van dat gesprek automatisch naar het juiste kandidaatdossier. Geen kopi\u00ebren en plakken. Geen handmatige gegevensinvoer. Geen velden die leeg blijven omdat de recruiter van het ene gesprek in het andere zat.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Zonder dat gebeurt er het volgende:<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>De recruiter rondt het interview af, opent het ATS en probeert zich te herinneren wat er gezegd is<\/li>\n    <li>Salarisverwachtingen, opzegtermijn en beschikbaarheid worden benaderd in plaats van nauwkeurig vastgelegd<\/li>\n    <li>Belangrijkste motivaties en rode vlaggen die in het gesprek werden genoemd, verdwijnen in ruwe notities<\/li>\n    <li>De aanwervende manager vraagt om een samenvatting en de recruiter moet deze uit het geheugen reconstrueren<\/li>\n    <li>De ATS-records binnen het team zijn inconsistent, waardoor rapportage onbetrouwbaar is<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <div class=\"i2d-callout\">\n    <p>Het probleem ligt niet bij het ATS zelf. De meeste ATS-platforms zijn capabele systemen. Het probleem is de kloof tussen wat er in het sollicitatiegesprek gebeurt en wat er in het verslag terechtkomt. Die kloof is waar de datakwaliteit, consistentie en tijd allemaal verdwijnen.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 2 -->\n  <h2>Hoe naadloze ATS-integratie eruitziet voor recruiters<\/h2>\n\n  <p>Er is een breed scala aan wat leveranciers bedoelen als ze \u201cATS-integratie\u201d zeggen. Sommige tools exporteren een PDF die u handmatig moet uploaden. Andere pushen ruwe transcriptietekst naar een notitieveld. Geen van beide is integratie. Dat is alleen het probleem \u00e9\u00e9n stap verder verplaatsen.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Echte ATS-integratie voor recruiters betekent dat gestructureerde data automatisch aan de juiste velden wordt toegewezen. Salaris gaat naar het salarisveld. Opzegtermijn gaat naar het opzegtermijnveld. Competentiescores gaan naar de evaluatiesectie.
