Hun focus ligt op duurzame matches die zowel individuen als organisaties helpen groeien. De afgelopen jaren heeft inzet.nl zich ontwikkeld van een uitzendbureau tot een team van gespecialiseerde recruiters in Marketing, Office, Sales en HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hun missie is eenvoudig maar krachtig: <em>mensen werkelijk te helpen groeien<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uitdaging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Met vijf recruiters die ieder tot wel tien sollicitatiegesprekken per week voeren, stond het team van inzet.nl voor een terugkerende uitdaging: hoe maak je gesprekken effici\u00ebnter zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De belangrijkste behoefte was geautomatiseerde notulen, om tijd te besparen tijdens en na interviews. Maar daarnaast zocht het bedrijf ook naar manieren om meer transparantie en samenwerking te brengen in het recruitmentproces. Hoe konden ze effici\u00ebnter werken \u00e9n tegelijkertijd een gedeeld begrip van kandidaat-interacties cre\u00ebren \u2013 zowel intern als extern?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oplossing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij de introductie van de In2Dialog-oplossing aan inzet.nl werd duidelijk benadrukt dat dit platform niet alleen aanzienlijke tijdswinst opleverde door de geautomatiseerde notulen, maar ook veel diepere inzichten bood. Het platform registreert automatisch gesprekken \u2013 fysiek, telefonisch of via Teams, Zoom en Google Meet \u2013 en genereert real-time transcripties, samenvattingen en objectieve AI-rapporten. Hierdoor kunnen recruiters zich volledig focussen op het gesprek en de menselijke connectie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In2Dialog gebruikt psychometrische en taalanalyses om eigenschappen als flexibiliteit, spreektempo en spiegelgedrag inzichtelijk te maken. Het dashboard toont daarnaast welke onderwerpen de meeste tijd kosten, waardoor interviews meer gestructureerd en evenwichtiger verlopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultaten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na het vergelijken van verschillende platformen en de keuze voor In2Dialog, merkte inzet.nl al na enkele maanden dat het platform de oorspronkelijke behoeften niet alleen inloste, maar zelfs ruimschoots overtrof. Wat begon als een tool voor geautomatiseerde notulen, bleek al snel een breder strategisch hulpmiddel te zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In2Dialog leverde niet alleen automatische verslaglegging, maar vooral directe, datagedreven en toepasbare inzichten. Het bedrijf wil de samenwerking op lange termijn voortzetten en gebruikmaken van de voortdurende uitbreiding van analysemogelijkheden. Daarmee wil inzet.nl effici\u00ebntie, transparantie en eerlijkheid in hun recruitmentproces verder versterken, ook met oog op internationale groeiambities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom In2Dialog?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De keuze voor In2Dialog werd niet alleen gedreven door de directe meerwaarde \u2013 namelijk de reductie van administratieve lasten \u2013 maar vooral door de bredere optimalisatie van het recruitmentproces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bovendien waardeerde inzet.nl de open, flexibele en communicatieve houding van In2Dialog tijdens de verkennende fase. Dat persoonlijke contact gaf vertrouwen, juist in een tijd waarin men soms huiverig is voor de menselijke factor bij AI-gedreven oplossingen.
