Talrijke kandidaten \u2013 soms wel honderden, elk uniek in hun kwaliteiten en vaardigheden \u2013 moeten tegen elkaar worden afgewogen om de beste match voor de functie te vinden. Effectieve wervingspraktijken moeten het begrip van die menselijke individualiteit behouden, terwijl er toch rigoureus vergeleken wordt, met consistentie en objectiviteit als leidraad in het proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat kan al moeilijk genoeg zijn voor \u00e9\u00e9n recruiter. Maar hoe zorg je ervoor dat een heel team van recruiters allemaal \u2018op dezelfde lijn zitten\u2019 (of zoals wij zeggen, \"de neuzen dezelfde kant op krijgen\")?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het eenvoudige antwoord is: effectieve meting, benchmarking en training om ervoor te zorgen dat het team consistent en eerlijk te werk gaat, zowel in stijl als in inhoud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uitdagingen in de praktijk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het probleem is dat training en prestatiebeoordeling enorm veel middelen vergen, en voor grootschalige wervingsbureaus die op verschillende locaties opereren, kan dit een enorme uitdaging zijn. Dit was precies het probleem waarmee een recruitment bedrijf werd geconfronteerd. Met wervingsactiviteiten op 19 verschillende locaties en slechts \u00e9\u00e9n formele trainer, vond het bedrijf het onmogelijk om genoeg trainingstijd in te plannen om de consistentie te waarborgen die ze nodig hadden van hun recruitmentteam. Het was simpelweg onmogelijk voor hun trainer om de prestaties van tientallen recruiters te beoordelen, bekritiseren en verfijnen, terwijl zij samen elke dag honderden sollicitatiegesprekken voerden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beter toezicht op interviews voor betere resultaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In2Dialog verzamelt statistieken over de interviewstijl van elk teamlid, zoals de gemiddelde duur van een gesprek, de snelheid waarmee een recruiter belangrijke informatie verzamelt, het soort vragen dat wordt gesteld, de dimensies van hun spreekstijl en de afstemming en flow die ze handhaven met elke kandidaat. Managers en trainers kunnen deze gegevens koppelen aan de resultaten van de recruiters om niet alleen te ontdekken wie hun beste presteerders zijn, maar ook welke specifieke elementen van hun werkwijze bijdragen aan dat succes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarnaast stelt In2Dialog managers in staat om nog een stap verder te gaan: ze kunnen deze statistieken gebruiken om benchmarks te cre\u00ebren waar andere recruiters zich op kunnen richten. Omdat In2Dialog na elk interview feedback geeft, kunnen alle teamleden zich voortdurend verbeteren en verfijnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het allerbelangrijkste is dat dit allemaal kan zonder dat een trainer of manager ter plaatse of bij het interview aanwezig hoeft te zijn; alles kan op afstand worden beheerd. In2Dialog genereert zelfs aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen op basis van best practices uit onderzoek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Werkelijke resultaten leveren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het bedrijf waarmee we hebben samengewerkt beschouwde de voordelen als een echte gamechanger:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"light-blue\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Ze zagen de mogelijkheid om 50K te besparen op het inhuren van een extra fulltime verkooptrainer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"light-blue\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Ze realiseerden zich dat ze 20-30 minuten administratietijd per interview zouden besparen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hun hoofd van training kon inzicht krijgen in en toezicht houden op hun sollicitatieproces op 19 verschillende locaties, waardoor ze hun persoonlijke trainingstijd strategisch konden inzetten om zich te richten op de zwakste punten en presteerders, terwijl ze er tegelijkertijd voor zorgden dat recruiters op alle locaties de feedback kregen die ze nodig hadden om zich voortdurend te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uiteraard zijn dit niet de enige voordelen die In2Dialog biedt. Elk teamlid kon tijd besparen op het schrijven van rapporten en zich ontdoen van aantekeningen te maken, zodat ze zich meer konden concentreren op hun kandidaten. De organisatie als geheel kon de communicatie stroomlijnen, waardoor er meer objectiviteit, consistentie en duidelijkheid kwam in hun rapportages, wat leidde tot betere gezamenlijke besluitvorming.
